Elomatic, a global consulting and engineering company, has completed the acquisition of Ablemans LCS Oy (ALCS), a specialist in cruise vessel refits, dockings, and technical services. This strategic acquisition allows Elomatic to offer comprehensive technical services and solutions, expanding its capabilities beyond design and energy efficiency to include retrofit and conversion projects for the maritime industry.
The combination of ALCS’s knowledge of fleetwide conversions and technical upgrades with Elomatic’s energy-efficient technologies positions the company as an end-to-end solutions provider. Elomatic’s expanded service portfolio now includes cutting-edge solutions such as battery energy storage systems (BESS), air lubrication systems (ALS), scrubber conversions, and future fuels upgrades.
