Europe dominates the index with seven cities in the top 10 and 63 in the top 100. Madrid, Amsterdam, Berlin, Rome, Barcelona, and London join Paris, showcasing the continent’s blend of history, culture, and technological prowess.
Global Diversity
Non-European cities in the top 10 include Dubai (2), Tokyo (4), and New York City (8). Tokyo’s debut is attributed to improved infrastructure, eased COVID-19 restrictions, and a weakened yen, providing excellent value for international visitors. Asia, with cities like Singapore, Seoul, Osaka, and Hong Kong, asserts its growing influence in global tourism.
