What happened?

Container ship OEL HIND developed a starboard list and rested on a pier at Chittagong port in the morning Aug 23. 

What was the cause?

Accident was caused by a faulty cargo plan and subsequent loading and positioning of empty and loaded containers. 

Vessel missed her schedule

After replacing 20 containers, the stability was restored. The ship did not leave port as scheduled, in the afternoon Aug 23 as a thorough inspection was pending. As of 1400 UTC Aug 23, she was berthed at Chittagong.
