The 2023 regional winners are:
- Region Africa and Middle East: Andre Hein Gerber, SAAFF, South Africa
- Region Americas: Viktoriia Rudyk, CIFFA, Canada
- Region Asia-Pacific: Hasbi Bin Yaakob, SLA, Singapore
- Region Europe: Nils von Salzen, DSLV, Germany
