General cargo ship lost stability, developed heavy starboard side list, and rested on pier at Kanonerskiy island harbor, S-Petersburg, Russia, at around 1030 Moscow time Aug 23.
Damages reported
Later the ship was put on even keel, no injures, no spill and no serious damages reported.
At the time of an accident, the ship was loading cargo of steel.
