On Dec 8, the “Ocean Voyager”, had run aground north of Drøbaksundet in the Oslo Fjorden next to the lighthouse Storegrunn.
It was later refloated after several failed attempts in the afternoon by the tug “John” was assisted by the tug “Bruse”.
The ship was on its way to Oslo with assistance from the “Bruse” and docked at the Filipstad. It was not clear if the grounding was due to engine problems or a maneuvering mistake. The vessel had a minor water ingress in the forepeak which was to be investigated at the quay.
