Global marine and energy services leader Goltens has partnered with carbon capture technology specialist Greener Process Systems (GPS). The collaboration aims to develop and deploy innovative solutions to reduce carbon emissions in the maritime and industrial sectors. By combining their expertise, the two companies seek to address the pressing environmental challenges faced by these industries.

Combating Emissions in Ports and Industries

The focus of the partnership is to address carbon emissions in ports and industrial facilities. GPS’ patented SETH system is specifically designed to capture emissions from ships docked in ports, significantly reducing air pollution. Additionally, GPS’ Industrial Emissions Management (IEM) systems target a wide range of industries, including power generation, cement, steel, and chemical processing.

By combining Goltens’ engineering capabilities with GPS’ advanced carbon capture technology, the partnership aims to offer comprehensive solutions for reducing carbon emissions. Both companies are committed to driving sustainable practices across the maritime and industrial sectors.
