- Security Enhancements: $3.5 million to support immediate security and access control improvements.
- Planning for Resilience: $500,000 for planning to strengthen port infrastructure against future disasters.
Coordinated Statewide Support for Rapid Recovery
Governor DeSantis has mobilized multiple state agencies to expedite repairs. The FDOT, DEP, FDEM, and Florida National Guard will contribute resources, personnel, and expertise to ensure the port’s swift return to full operation.
