Hafnia Limited has completed its acquisition of approximately 14.1 million A shares in TORM plc, following the fulfilment of all conditions precedent under a previously announced share purchase agreement with Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. and its affiliates.
In a stock exchange announcement dated 18 December 2025, the tanker owner confirmed that the transaction has now been completed. The shares were acquired pursuant to the share purchase agreement entered into with Oaktree, a global alternative investment manager.
As a result of the transaction, Hafnia now holds approximately 13.97% of TORM’s issued share capital as of the completion date.
Hafnia is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker HAFNI and on the New York Stock Exchange under HAFN, while TORM’s A shares trade on Nasdaq Copenhagen and Nasdaq New York under the ticker TRMD.
