Vessel Performance Solutions ApS (VPS), a subsidiary of Ascenz Marorka within the GTT Group, has formed a partnership with Harren Group, a family-owned maritime conglomerate. VPS’s high-end performance management platform, VESPER, will be used across 30 vessels in the groups fleet, reports GTT.

Comprehensive Monitoring and Reporting with VESPER

VESPER is an advanced performance management platform designed to enable seamless monitoring through automated data processing and reporting. As part of the agreement, the platform will collect and process sensor data across the selected vessels, delivering:

  1. Performance reports
  2. Compliance reports for environmental and emission standards

This integration aims to enhance operational efficiency, improve energy management, and strengthen emissions control throughout the Harren fleet.

Reducing Administrative Burdens and Enhancing Decision-Making

The VESPER platform’s advanced automation will alleviate administrative workloads for the onboard crew by turning performance data into actionable insights. Both shore-based personnel and seafarers will benefit from:

  1. Improved data quality
  2. Reduced time spent on manual checks
  3. Real-time decision-making support

These enhancements allow the crew to focus on critical operational tasks, streamlining fleet performance management.
