Zero Emission Shipping Showcase

This full-scale model will serve as a showcase for innovative solutions in zero-emission shipping, featuring four type 4 hydrogen cylinders, structure, fueling nozzle, and control systems. It will provide a valuable training platform for operators and engineering students.

Collaboration for Maritime Excellence

Hexagon Purus Maritime leverages its engineering expertise and Hexagon Purus’ established hydrogen fuel systems used in various global mobility applications, such as buses and heavy-duty trucks, to create this pioneering maritime solution.

Accelerating Hydrogen Adoption in the Maritime Industry

The establishment of a Development Center in Langevågen aims to foster collaboration among engineers, ship owners, regulatory bodies, and students. It seeks to educate and inspire innovations that promote the adoption of compressed hydrogen in the maritime sector. The official launch is scheduled for 2024.
