HJ Shipbuilding & Construction (HJSC) has successfully delivered its first 7,700 TEU-class LNG dual-fuel container ship, marking a significant milestone in eco-friendly shipbuilding. Built at the Yeongdo Shipyard in Busan, the vessel showcases cutting-edge technology and environmental compliance.

- Speed: 22 knots
- Propulsion: Dual-fuel system capable of running on LNG.
- Fuel Storage: Equipped with Mark III membrane-type fuel tanks from France’s GTT, offering a capacity of 6,100 cubic meters.
- Environmental Compliance: Designed to meet the International Maritime Organization (IMO) standards for sulfur oxide and carbon dioxide emissions.
Significance of the Delivery
- First of Two Ships Ordered in 2022:
- Delivered to a European shipping company.
- The second vessel is under construction and will be delivered sequentially.
