Details of the Accident

The incident, which occurred at a major shipyard’s Marugame Factory, involved workers using a crane to lift and assemble large hull blocks. Specifically, a hull block measuring 23.6m x 5.1m x 2.5m was being placed on top of a larger 23.6m x 8.1m x 2.5m block.
