Indonesian owner expects to take delivery of chemical carrier in the fourth quarter. Indonesia’s Samudera Shipping Line has completed its first sale-and-purchase deal of the year.
The Singapore-listed owner said it is paying $13.85m for the 20,000-dwt chemical tanker Ebony Ray (built 2008) from Idan Ofer’s Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS).
The company expects to take delivery of the Singapore-flag carrier in the fourth quarter, according to chief financial officer Ridwan Hamid.
