‘Sailor Today’ Honours Mr. Kishore Rajvanshy With Lifetime Achievement Award
Sailor Today – an International shipping journal for seafarers – lauded Mr. Kishore Rajvanshy, Managing Director at Fleet Management Limited with a Lifetime Achievement Award on 12th March 2016, at a glittering function in Mumbai. The tribute celebrates the 47 year journey of a self-made man from Rajasthan, India who started off as a 21 year old seafarer and worked his way up to become the founding Managing Director of Fleet Management Limited in 1994.
Today, under Mr. Rajvanshy’s leadership, Fleet has in just two decades become the world’s 3rd largest professional ship manager, providing its suite of technical, commercial and new building supervision services to some 400 ships; employing more than 12,000 seafarers and 700 shore personnel across 22 offices in 12 countries; and pioneering many an award winning technical and people processes that have today become industry benchmarks.
