- New projects receive final approval within 28 days, accelerating lease agreements, construction, and facility setup.
- Sustainable Development:
- All new buildings are constructed to a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ classification.

- Half of the 9 million square-foot site has been developed, with the LDO supporting the utilization of remaining space.

- The previous 2013 LDO led to:
- 17 facilities built for 16 occupiers
