The Mersey Maritime Industry Awards (MMIA) are a celebration of the strength and diversity of the North West’s maritime industry, (which is known to be worth £5bn to the Liverpool City Region alone). They give vital recognition to the world-class standards upheld in the region and reinforce our position as a global maritime centre of excellence.
The theme for the awards is ‘Our Time Is Now’ which will have a particular focus on Mersey Maritime’s 20-year anniversary and look forward to the bright future of the sector. Now in their eighth year, the awards will take place in the iconic and prestigious, Liverpool Cathedral on Thursday 10 November 2022.
