The First Movers Coalition: A Global Initiative for Change

The FMC, launched at COP26, focuses on decarbonizing heavy-emitting industries like shipping, aviation, and steel production. Moeve’s membership strengthens the Coalition’s efforts to establish zero-emission supply chains by 2030 through innovation in technologies like green hydrogen and second-generation biofuels.

Sustainable Investment as a Strategic Priority

Moeve’s Positive Motion strategy emphasizes sustainability, with over 60% of investments dedicated to green initiatives. By 2030, the company aims to generate more than half of its EBITDA from sustainable activities, further demonstrating its leadership in the global energy transition.

Global Collaboration for a Net Zero Future

CEO Maarten Wetselaar highlighted the significance of collaboration in tackling climate challenges. Moeve’s participation in the FMC underlines its commitment to innovation and sustainable growth.
