Navigator Holdings, a global leader in liquefied gas shipping, and Attis Clean Energy have announced a joint investment in Ten08 Energy, a company focused on producing clean ammonia.

Large-Scale Ammonia Production Facility

Ten08 is building a major facility on the Texas Gulf Coast to produce 1.4 million metric tons of low-carbon ammonia annually. The plant is expected to begin operations in late 2029 or early 2030.

Integrated Value Chain

Navigator and Attis aim to create an integrated value chain by combining ammonia production with transportation using Navigator’s fleet of ammonia-powered ships. The companies will serve customers in Europe and Asia.
