The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) and the Indian Ports Association (IPA) signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in New Delhi. The MoU was formalized by Shri Nand Kumar, IAS, President and CEO of NeGD, and Shri Vikas Narwal, IAS, Managing Director of IPA, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations, including Dr Arvind Bhisikar and Shri Rajnish Kumar.
