Noatum Maritime, a subsidiary of AD Ports Group and the Middle East’s largest diversified maritime service provider, has partnered with Turkish Ro-Ro specialist Erkport to launch a new joint venture, “United Global Ro-Ro.” This initiative aims to strengthen global Ro-Ro shipping networks by integrating high-capacity feeder services and streamlining automobile and heavy cargo transportation.

The JV is strategically positioned to connect key automotive industry ports and enhance Ro-Ro accessibility across Europe, the Mediterranean, South Africa, the Arabian Gulf, and Asia. By integrating regional feeder networks, the venture will improve market connectivity and operational efficiency, offering a seamless transportation solution for automobiles and heavy cargo.

Fleet Deployment and Operational Focus

United Global Ro-Ro will begin operations with 11 vessels deployed across five services, utilizing Container Ro-Ro (ConRo), Pure Car and Truck Carrier (PCTC), and Ro-Ro ships. This fleet integration will optimize logistics, reduce transit times, and enhance service reliability for global customers.
