A report published in the asia.nikkei.com highlights how the Singapore-listed commodities trader Noble Group’s unit Core Integrity has agreed to sell to Bianca Corp, a Kamsarmax dry bulk carrier for $24 million in cash.

The vessel with a carrying capacity of  81,499 deadweight tons, is presently mortgaged and part of the proceedings from the sale will help in repaying the mortgage.

So, keeping this in mind, selling the ship seems a judicious move.
