Norsafe will be promoting its life-saving equipment and associated services at Seatrade Middle East in Dubai from 31st October – 2nd November 2016.
Called Norsafe Fours AS, the company has been providing life-saving equipment, training, inspection, repair and assessment services in the UAE and Gulf since 2004 and can also supply specialist personnel trained in lifting and handling for oil and gas operations.
The team will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate the recently improved on-load lifeboat release hook, called the TOR MKII, using a model of the mechanism on display during the show.
“All Norsafe’s vessels are manufactured in accordance with the latest SOLAS requirements backed up with a 24/7 service network providing maintenance from over 300 ports worldwide,” said Endre Eidsvik, SVP of Service.
“The training we provide at Norsafe is designed to give crew practical hands-on experience using the same equipment as onboard,” he continued.
