Pacific-Gulf Marine (PGM) has secured three firm 10-year contracts from the U.S. Maritime Administration (MarAd), with a combined total value of $621 million, including both fixed fees and reimbursable expenses. Under these contracts, PGM will manage six vessels from MarAd’s 51-ship Ready Reserve Force (RRF), a vital fleet maintained in a high state of readiness to support U.S. Department of Defense missions, as well as humanitarian and disaster relief efforts, according to Professional Mariner.

Geographic Distribution of Assigned Vessels

The six RRF vessels under PGM’s management are distributed across three key U.S. port areas: two in the San Francisco Bay Area, two in Newport News, Virginia, and two in New Orleans, Louisiana. This geographic spread ensures rapid activation and deployment capabilities aligned with national strategic needs.
