Piraeus Port Authority S.A. (PPA SA) has announced the adjustment of fees and tariffs for the provision of ship-generated liquid waste management services, reports Market Screener.
The Piraeus Port Authority, following the provisions of the published fees and tariffs applied to ship-generated liquid waste management services, and more specifically, as per Article 12, implements an adjustment of 12.66%, with a starting date of 1 May 2025.
The annual performed adjustment is in line with the annual inflation and based on the finalized 12-month average Consumer Price Index. Furthermore, it is noted that for the coastal shipping sector, the relevant adjustment of fees and tariffs will be implemented when the procedure provided for in Law 4404/2016 is completed and a new information note will be circulated.
