As part of its fleet renewal programme the tanker company has ordered two 10,600 dwt product tankers from Jinling Shipyard in November 2023, which are expected to be delivered in the first half of 2025, reports Seatrade Maritime.
New deal
The new deal brings the total product tanker order placed by Pritchard-Gordon Tankers from Jinling to three plus one.
In addition to the use of methanol fuel, the vessel also utilises the latest environmental protection and emission reduction technologies.
Pritchard-Gordon Tankers and Wärtsilä have inked contract for supplying an integrated propulsion package for the new vessel includes the high-performance and fuel flexible Wärtsilä 32 main engine.
