MOU on regional distribution facilities in Tuas

Located in the same Free Trade Zone as Tuas Port, PSCH will integrate freight stations, cold storage, DG handling, and a regional distribution centre under one roof. Set to open in 2027, it will support growing high-value cargo flows across Southeast Asia, China, and the broader Asia-Pacific. The partnership marks a key step in PSA and COSCO’s long-standing alliance, expanding beyond port operations into integrated supply chain solutions.

Seow Hwee, Head of Port Ecosystem for Southeast Asia at PSA, said: “PSA is delighted to embark on this new partnership with COSCO, one of the world’s leading shipping companies and a long-standing trusted partner.”

Zhou Ganfei, CEO of Goldlead Supply Chain Development (Southeast Asia) Pte. Ltd., stated: “By combining PSA’s bespoke Port Ecosystem offerings with COSCO’s logistics expertise, we are confident that this partnership will unlock new growth opportunities and strengthen connectivity across the region.”

In June, PSA Singapore and Hainan Harbor & Shipping International Port Co., Ltd. signed a MoU to strengthen port-to-port connectivity and develop integrated logistics solutions.
