Daphne Technology will deploy its PureMetrics system on an LNG carrier chartered by Trafigura and managed by Latsco LNG LLC in summer 2024, to measure GHG emissions in real time.

First commercial contract
Daphne Technology’s CEO & Founder, Dr Mario Michan, stated that they were thrilled to sign their first commercial contract with Trafigura, marking a significant milestone for the company.
“The deployment of PureMetrics™ on our first vessel is a crucial step towards establishing a baseline measurement for GHG emissions in our maritime operations.” , said Trafigura’s Head of the Energy Transition Group and Venture Capital Investments, Margaux Moore.
