What happened?
04.09.2023: 0215 UTC: Posn: 08:44.67S – 013:18.41E, Luanda Anchorage, Angola.
Two unauthorised persons in a canoe approached and boarded an anchored tug.
Duty AB on routine rounds noticed the persons and immediately raised the alarm. Upon hearing the alarm, the persons escaped with the stolen ship’s properties.
