General cargo ship VIKTOR ran aground at around 1740 UTC Mar 27 in Japan sea near Malaya Kema village, Primorskiy Region, Russia, being en route from from Plastun to Amgu, Primorskiy Region coast.
According to track, the ship ran aground at full speed so she should be hard aground. 9 crew were evacuated, no spill reported, 2 tugs sent to assist.
