SAIC Anji Logistics, a subsidiary of SAIC Motor, announced strategic investments from COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd. and Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. (SIPG). Both companies will invest 1 billion yuan each, acquiring 10% equity stakes in SAIC Anji Logistics following a capital increase that raises the company’s registered capital from 600 million yuan to 750 million yuan.

    • Serves over 10 port terminals globally.
