Vessel sale for $18.4m
Scorpio Bulkers, Inc. (NYSE: SALT) (the “Company”) announced the agreement for the sale of its 2015 built Kamsarmax vessel for $18.4million.
The agreement?
The Company has entered into an agreement with an unaffiliated third party to sell the 2015 built SBI Conga.
Delivery of the vessel is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2020.
