Scorpio Bulkers Inc. enters into a sale agreement for an Ultramax Vessel, says a press release published on their website.
The sale deal
Scorpio Bulkers, Inc. (NYSE: SALT) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company has entered into an agreement with an unaffiliated third party to sell the SBI Hyperion.
The Ultramax bulk carrier was built in 2016, for approximately $17.5 million.
Delivery of the vessel is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2020.
