Scorpio Charter-Out One of its Ultramax Bulker

Scorpio Bulkers Inc. (NYSE:SALT) (“Scorpio Bulkers,” or the “Company”) announced today that it has entered into a time charter-out agreement with an unaffiliated third party for SBI Hera, one of its Ultramax drybulk carriers, says an article in DryBulk.

The agreement covers a period of between four and six months at a rate of $14,850 per day.
