Seacon Shipping has signed a vessel acquisition agreement with Baltic Shipping through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Seacon Marine. Under this agreement, Seacon will acquire seven bulk carriers, each with a gross tonnage of 2,518 tons, for €9.1 million per vessel.
