Seatrium has reported a robust net order book of S$16.6 billion as of September 30, 2025, which includes 24 projects lined up for delivery through 2031. In the third quarter, the Group successfully wrapped up two projects and is on track to deliver three more by the end of the year. Among the new orders are upgrades for the FLNG Hilli Episeyo and a range of repair and enhancement works. The Company also sold off a surplus U.S. yard and some non-core Platform Supply Vessels, bringing in over S$140 million, reports Port News.
Oil and Gas Project Progress
In the oil and gas sector, Seatrium has made strides with its FPSO series-build and integration efforts, while also advancing Floating Production Units for Shell and bp. The integration of Petrobras’ FPSOs P-80, P-82, and P-83 is ongoing at the Tuas Boulevard Yard. Notably, the FPU Kaskida hit its strike steel milestone during the quarter. Seatrium has also confirmed that the topside modules for Modec’s FPSO Raia are on schedule for delivery by year-end. The Group expects a steady demand for oil and gas assets, driven by the rising global energy consumption from data centres and AI technologies.
Offshore Wind Deliveries and Ongoing Projects
Seatrium successfully delivered the Wind Turbine Installation Vessel Charybdis to Dominion Energy, along with the OSS Greater Changhua 2b and 4 to Ørsted. There are currently nine offshore wind projects in progress, including three 2GW HVDC Offshore Converter Platforms for TenneT. The HVDC OCP Sofia is set to be handed over to RWE by the end of the year. The Group highlighted the increasingly strategic importance of offshore wind in energy planning across Europe and Asia. Its last two HVAC OSS projects for the U.S. account for less than 1% of the total net order book.
Repairs, Upgrades, and New Contracts
In the realm of repairs and upgrades, Seatrium completed 47 projects during this period, including 12 LNG carriers. The Group secured a contract for FSRU conversion and other high-value projects totalling S$170 million. Additionally, a Letter of Intent was signed with Karpowership for the integration of New Generation Powerships and FSRU conversions.
