The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore(MPA) has issued a circular to bunker suppliers, bunker craft owners and operators, and shipping community harbor craft community, says a press release published on their website.
Suspension of license
The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore(MPA) has temporarily suspended Inter-Pacific Petroleum PTE Ltd’s Bunker Craft Operator Licence. The move arose from an enforcement check on a bunker tanker operated by the operator.
Terms of suspension
- The suspension came into effect from 27 June 2019 until further notice.
- During the period of the licence suspension, Inter-Pacific is not allowed to operate as a bunker craft operator in the Port of Singapore.
- The stakeholders are requested to contact the relevant authorities for further clarification and correspondence.
