Stena RoRo Expands Fleet With New Acquisition

Stena RoRo has added a new vessel to its fleet with the acquisition of the RoRo ship Giuseppe Lucchesi, which will be renamed the Stena Shipper and operate under the Danish flag. The purchase includes taking over a contract with Cotunav for service on the Rades-Marseille route.

The ship, sold by CIN (Compagnia Italiana di Navigazione S.p.A) of the Moby Lines S.p.A group, was built in 2012 at the Danish Odense Yard.
