Partnership Overview

Strategic Marine, Mirai Ships Inc., and Ragnar Energy Solutions Pte Ltd have entered into an exclusive agreement to collaborate on new vessel builds. The focus is on Crew Transfer Vessels, critical for the operational, maintenance, and construction phases of offshore wind farms.

This partnership unites the expertise of Mirai Ships, a Japanese shipbuilding yard; Strategic Marine, known for high-performance aluminum vessels; and Ragnar Energy Solutions, which provides engineering and marketing support for international projects.

Targeted Goals

The collaboration aims to address the specific demands of Japan’s growing offshore energy sector while prioritizing quality, efficiency, and sustainability. The initiative also aligns with global NetZero objectives and supports Japan’s goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 46% by 2030.
