A tanker will make a stop in Bermuda to alight a 59 year old crew member suffering from stroke.
The tanker en route from Texas to Quebec is diverted to make a stop at Bermuda on 1st December. The Bermuda Maritime Operations Centre received a call on 30th November at 10.15am local time requesting medical assistance for a 59 year old crew member who had a sudden stroke attack. Following medical advice from ashore, the victim will be disembarked by a pilot boat.
The vessel is then expected to resume its voyage to Canada.
