A military transport plane crashed in a residential area of Medan in Indonesia killing at least 30 people, officials say.
The plane with 12 crew members on board came down soon after take-off and crashed into two houses and burst into flames.
A major rescue operation is under way at the crash site and bodies were recovered from the plane wreckage.
