Tufton Oceanic Assets Ltd. said Thursday it has agreed to acquire a product tanker and a handysize bulker for a combined total of $54.5 million.
The London-listed investor in maritime assets said it will pay $30.9 million for the product tanker and $23.6 million for the handysize bulker.
