A Special General Meeting of The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association Limited will be held on 17th January 2023 in London, reads an UK P&I circular.
The purpose of the Meeting is to adopt amendments to the Rules of the Company and in addition, to the Articles of Association.
1. Proposed changes to the Rules of The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association
Resolution 1 to propose: “That with effect from 12 noon Greenwich Mean Time on 20th February 2023, the amendments to the Rules of The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association contained in Appendix A, be and are hereby adopted”.
2. Proposed changes to the Articles of Association of The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association
Resolution 2 to propose: “That with effect from 12 noon Greenwich Mean Time on 20th February 2023, the amendments to the Articles of Association of The United Kingdom Mutual Steam Ship Assurance Association contained in Appendix B, be and are hereby adopted”.
