They’re all working together under a joint participation agreement, reports Valencia Port.

Scope of the Concession and Project Details

The bid relates to the “Public tender for the granting of an administrative concession for the occupation of port public domain for the construction and operation of a solid bulk terminal compatible with current port operations, for loading, unloading and storage at the Port of Sagunto.”

Committee Decision and Documentation Review

The Committee reached its decision after publicly opening envelope no. 2 and confirmed that the proposal contained all the necessary documentation as outlined in the Terms of Reference. This followed a review of the financial proposal summary, which included the Investment Plan and Fees submitted by the consortium.

Next Steps: Technical Review in Progress

The documents that were submitted have now been sent to the designated technical commission for a thorough study, analysis, and evaluation. This process will ultimately decide the awarding of the administrative concession for the construction and operation of the proposed solid bulk terminal.
