Three distinguished guests will participate in this high-level event: H.E. Ms Teresa Ribera, Deputy Prime Minister of Spain, Minister for the Ecological Transition and Host Minister of COP25; H.E. Dr Michał Kurtyka, Poland’s Minister of Climate and President of COP24, Poland; and Rt Hon Kwasi Kwarteng, Minister for Business, Energy and Clean Growth, United Kingdom, which holds the Presidency of COP26.
