The U.S. Coast Guard medevacs a man who was experiencing severe head pain 238-miles east of St. Augustine, August 29, 2016. A Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew medevacked the 62-year-old man from the vessel Miss Simona.
