[Watch] Man Brutally Pummels Woman Over ‘Personal Space’

On a Carnival Cruise ship, chaos broke out in the pool at the beginning of this month.

A frightening new video depicts two groups arguing verbally at the Tides Bar near the pool on the Carnival Sunrise ship.

Personal space

The verbal altercation, which involved some pushing and pulling, eventually turns extremely violent.

The violence culminates in a man beating a woman as she lies on the floor and he leans over her.

The woman who uploaded the video to TikTok said the fight was over a ‘seat’ or ‘personal space’ At one point, you can hear Bryant say that a woman lost her wig in the fight.

Bryant said the brawl took place on Friday, Sept. 9.

It is not clear exactly where the ship was when the battle broke out.

Records show that the Carnival Sunrise stopped in Ocho Rio, Jamaica, Grand Cayman Island and Miami, Florida, around the time the beating occurred.

One person who witnessed the incident responded to the post saying ‘All I know is I was filling my cup with lemonade and then boom they were knuckin’ and buckin’…you just had to be there .’

Severe sanctions

According to a different witness, they fled the area immediately before the brawl. That witness claimed that one of the groups was playing cards when he arrived and that when he left, it appeared as though “everyone was shaking.”

Another reader suggested that cruise lines impose severe sanctions on those who start fights. Because they draw in new cruisers and might also deter enthusiastic travellers, these videos are bad for the cruise business.

It’s unclear precisely where the yacht was sailing during the conflict.

Members of the cruise line’s security staff start to interfere and separate the groups as the screams continue after the battle lasts for at least a minute.

Excessive alcohol

The Sunrise has been part of the Carnival fleet since October 1999.

The ship can carry 3,000 passengers in addition to a crew of 1,100 Several other commentators blamed the excessive alcohol served on board, while another called Carnival the “Spirit Airlines of the sea.”

The ship can carry 3,000 passengers in addition to a crew of 1,100.

According to Carnival Cruise’s code of conduct, “disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and any guest whose behaviour will affect the comfort, enjoyment, safety or well-being of other guests or crew will be disembarked at their own expense and banned from sailing Carnival.”

The fight kicked off at the Carnival Magic’s nightclub at approximately 5:20 a.m. on the final night of the ship’s eight-day Caribbean cruise, including stops in Dominicana, Turks and Caicos and the Bahamas.

Big chaos

A chaotic scene can be seen in the video of the fight as numerous passengers punch and shove one another while the outnumbered ship’s guard tries in vain to break up the altercation.

According to PIX11, the battle began as a dispute between two passengers on the dance floor but escalated to a fight involving up to 40 to 60 people. There were no reported major injuries.

However, it is unclear whether the ship was in New York, New Jersey, or international waters at the time of the fight, confounding questions of criminal jurisdiction. The fight took place as the ship neared New York harbour.

Following the altercation, there were no reported arrests, and it was not immediately clear which agency would oversee the inquiry.

Immediately following the conflict, cruise line representatives informed the Coast Guard, which, according to WNBC-TV, sent a boat out of Staten Island to accompany the ship to Manhattan.
