Yara Clean Ammonia (YCA) and Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK) have signed a groundbreaking time-charter contract for an ammonia-fueled medium gas carrier (AFMGC), marking the first such agreement in the world. The vessel, scheduled for delivery in November 2026, will play a crucial role in reducing GHG emissions in maritime transport.
