On January 18, the Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. (K Line) proudly delivered the a 14,000-TEU Container Ship at Hiroshima Shipyard belonging to Imabari Shipbuilding Co., Ltd, Japan.
Second generation
The 14,000-TEU Container Ship ‘Milano Bridge’ is a second generation new Ultra-Large Container Ship (UCLS) and belongs to same series which was delivered in 2015.
The vessel is scheduled to be deployed on the Asia-Mediterranean service (MED2) under the Alliance.
The company ‘K-Line’ currently has five vessels that is scheduled to be delivered and brings the total UCLS to ten units.
