On early Sunday morning, two people have been found dead after an overturned vessel was spotted south of Mawby Island near Dampier.
A Marine Search and Rescue operation is underway in the area.
Water Police, police divers, Air Wing, Volunteer Marine Rescue and State Emergency Service personnel are assisting with the operation.
